Recipe: Mexican Chicken Pizza

Mexican Chicken Pizza

Refrigerated pizza dough (Pillsbury's)
1.5 lbs chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
16 oz jar Hot sauce
Green pepper, cut into thin strips
Shredded mozzarella
Shredded cheddar
Minced garlic (optional)

Preheat the oven (whatever it says on the dough package, I don't remember). Spread out dough onto a cookie sheet, cook in preheated oven for 8 minutes.

While dough is cooking, cook chicken in skillet with some oil (or just some Crisco spray!) til no longer pink. Stir in hot sauce (how much depends on how much sauce you like on your pizza - we use almost the whole jar).

When dough is finished (8 minutes), take it out of the oven. Spread the chicken/hot sauce mixture over the dough. Add sliced peppers. Sprinkle with both cheeses.

I also add some minced garlic to mine right here!

Put back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
